From the moment I arrived to the moment I left, everyone there was so friendly, professional, and accommodating. The office looked and smelled amazing, the testing equipment had the latest technology, and the my glasses and lens exam was conveniently short; it was the best 20 minutes of my day today. I even shared a few laughs with the doctor and his lovely, beautiful teammates, Ashley and Kacie. They even worked with me when I realized, a day ago, that they no longer accept my insurance. They made it super affordable for me to pay out of pocket. They deserve a million stars for customer satisfaction! I highly recommend you see them for all of your eye care needs!

March 25, 2023Quite impressed. Needed to go in for a checkup as it's been awhile. They were able to fit us in that day! I loved the aesthetic of the office. Clean and smelled great. Every was was friendly. The doctor was great and was informative while going through our eyes and concerns. Would highly recommend this practice if you need a check up or anything more. Will be going back again.

Latoya was WONDERFUL to work with! She had knowledge about children's frames and a HUGE variety of options for us to choose from. With a special needs kiddo it can be really difficult to accommodate frames for him and she had multiple choices and a smile to go with it! Highly recommend!

March 19, 2026Switched to Eye Contact after my other eye doctor's practice was bought by a larger corporation and I didn't really like the changes. Dr. Mobley was fantastic! He explained my prescription and the differences in what my eyes need for distance and up close computer work in a way that had never made sense before. The optician was awesome in helping me pick out new frames - she knew what worked well for my hair and face and even surprised me with suggestions that looked better than I ever realized they would. I'll definitely be coming back! Thanks so much!

They should change their marketing to Fast, Reliable, Informative, Priced Fair, and overall they care about you as a patient.
